Focus

Apr 09, 20221 min read

In my experience, it’s important to determine your goals and values before attempting to focus. Prioritization and Focus are much more difficult when you haven’t figured out what is important to you.

Ideas

  • In order to be focused you must have clarity of what is important
  • Choose a few vital things and commit to them
  • To be great at something you will need to neglect many other things
