Interestingly, I don’t currently differentiate between fleeting notes and other topics. Perhaps this is an oversight on my part, but I currently only differentiate between Source Notes (Bibliographic Notes) and general notes. I also separate out my blog posts, but that is largely to support posting online and curating the complete content from the work in progress content.
Fleeting notes are only useful if you review them within a day or so
