Avoid a second cup of coffee for better sleep

    Sleep Afternoon Coffee / Afternoon Tea

    Second cup of coffee is wrecking my sleep tonight. I think it is a combination of nerves, caffeine and lack of exercise. I should promise myself to not have a 2nd cup of coffee without exercise, and ideally no 2nd coffee at all. Perhaps I can fit in a workout after the chat with Jacques. I need it.

    # Alternatives

    • Drink a Decaffinated Coffee similar in flavor to the one you normally drink. I drink Starbucks Espresso roast, and they make a decaffeinated version. It’s not quite as bold, but it gives a similar feel
    • Drink tea instead for a similar warm sensation
