In my case, I try not to schedule something smaller than 30 minutes because anything smaller would be smaller than my estimation margin of error. Usually when tasks don’t take up a full 30 minutes, I will put related tasks together in that same 30-minute block. I don’t know if this is a good idea or not, it’s just the habit I have fallen into.
