- This is still tangentially related to the EHR, but I would like to see someone take steps towards a patient-centered chart that the patient owns that the EHR’s actually connect to and share data with. I think there are a ton of data ownership issues and some challenges with what you can and can’t put in charts, but I think we’ll truly be taking advantage of our connected digital world when we can do that.
