On each daily note I have a slot for reflection. The template I’ve used for a while now is:
Reflection
- What did I learn / accomplish? *

What did I do for exercise?
- Any special thoughts? *
- How could I have made today better? * It is nice and thorough, but I’ve found myself more and more not doing daily reflection because it pulls away from other things that need my attention, so today I’m trying swapping it to just a single line: “Today was a good day because:”
