A few years back, I picked up an Audio Technica AT-LP60X as an extremely low-cost introduction into Turntables. It’s not good, but I wasn’t expecting it to be. We’ve picked up a handful of records and are looking to have a more enjoyable experience with it. So I’m going down the research rabbit-hole of what to replace it with.

I was able to find a used Pro-ject Debut Carbon (non-evo) with some upgrades for $350. So far I’m really enjoying it, so I have no complaints recommending that turntable, especially at this price-point.
